Deployment

This phase deploys no new Solidity

Everything the system needs is already on GIWA and was measured present:

Performance fee with a cap	`HeronAccounting.sol`. `MAX_PERF_FEE_BPS = 1200`, reverts above it
Venue	Morpho Blue and MetaMorpho, both live

⛔ Not deployed, and therefore not used: Safe7579 has no bytecode on GIWA: there is not one ERC-7579 account on the chain. A self-hosted bundler is also out, because eth_supportedEntryPoints is not whitelisted and a shared mempool with a single submitter has zero value.

⚠️ Pin a block for anything that asserts a rate. Every GIWA market has been idle for 200+ days and AdaptiveCurveIrm accrues against block.timestamp, so rates move with the clock alone. An unpinned APY assertion tests what day it is.

Admission

⛔ Before treating a deployment as ready, run the admission checker:

node internal/scripts/check-chain-admission.mjs

It currently admits nothing. GIWA returns ✓ giwa. rejected, recorded, meaning its rejection was recorded correctly, not that it was admitted.
